Can I keep my existing phone number?
Absolutely! As a REALTOR® your mobile number is one of your most important assets so clients can always get in touch with you.
You can port your current number to the Area WIRELESS plan seemlessly.
Q: What is porting?
Porting is the transfer of a phone number from one cell phone company to another. It is necessary in order to join the Area WIRELESS program if you are not with Rogers currently. It is a simple process and allows you to keep your existing phone number!
Do I have to sign a contract to join?
There is no contract with the Area WIRELESS data plans, you can cancel at anytime, the plan is month-to-month. If you decide to leave the Area WIRELESS plan mid-billing cycle, you are responsible to pay for the full month regardless of cancellation date.
All users are billed on a monthly cycle and are responsible for all charges incurred. Area WIRELESS users are required to provide up-to-date, valid credit card information for billing purposes. The credit card on file will be charged.
You will receive an email notifying you when your bill is available for viewing online. At anytime if you wish to view your account you can visit your Area WIRELESS online portal at: https://area.mywirelessconcierge.ca/. Or contact the Area WIRELESS Concierge at 1-888-819-3612 with any questions about billing and/or charges incurred.
Area WIRELESS reserves the right to suspend or cancel user accounts without valid credit card information or cancel user accounts that do not pay their invoices. Charges for the Services on cancelled and/or suspended accounts will continue to be incurred and will be payable by the User.
Leaving Area WIRELESS:
Users may leave the Area WIRELESS by contacting the Concierge at 1-888-819-3612 of their intention to cancel. Users are responsible to pay for the full month of service in which the cancellation occurred. Users are responsible for paying any outstanding costs, including plan charges and device balances, prior to leaving the plan.
Note: If you are financing a new device, and you wish to leave Area WIRELESS, you must pay out the remaining device balance in full.

How do I get an Area WIRELESS Account?
Area WIRELESS has a dedicated Concierge service that can assist you in setting up your account today. Simply call 1-888-819-3612 and they will handle the set up in a few simple steps.
Q: I'm currently a Rogers Wireless customer. Can I join the plan?
Yes! Existing Rogers customers who own their mobile device outright can move over to Area WIRELESS seamlessly. Keep in mind you are responsible for any cancellation or unlocking fees related to leaving that provider. Consultation should be done to determine what those charges may be.
Q: I'm currently on a plan with another provider. Can I join the plan?
Yes! Joining Area WIRELESS is seamless and anyone can join from another provider. Keep in mind you are responsible for any cancellation or unlocking fees related to leaving that provider. Consultation should be done to determine what those charges may be.
Once you have an Area WIRELESS account, you can visit your online portal here: https://area.mywirelessconcierge.ca/ at anytime to access your past invoices, order a new device, update your account details etc.
